I'm a content creator, and posting the same video to YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram meant repeating the whole upload process three times, every time. So I built the tool I wished I had: connect each platform once, upload once, and publish everywhere on a schedule. It started as scratching my own itch and became the project where I learned the hard parts of shipping a SaaS, from OAuth to Stripe payments.

It's live now, a friend ran his posting through it for a while, and Instagram and Facebook are next. The genuinely hard part isn't the code, it's the platforms: their algorithms are opaque, and publishing through a third party might quietly cost you reach (nobody really confirms it). I'm still figuring that out.

What made it hard

  • Connect YouTube and TikTok via OAuth and publish on a schedule, with Instagram and Facebook in progress.
  • A standalone async worker so scheduled publishing never blocks the app.
  • Stripe payments, Supabase auth with row-level security, and Sentry monitoring, built in from the start.
